  • Primary Montessori Lead Guide

    HMS is currently seeking a qualified Montessori Lead Guide for our Primary classroom.


    Qualifications:

    • Completion of at least 12 ECE (Early Childhood Education) units required
    • Completion of AMI Montessori credential
    • A CPR and First Aid certification is preferred but not required. CPR classes will be offered every 2 years.
    • Previous experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
    • Must be 18 years or older
    • Available to work FT

  • Primary Guide

    Hollister Montessori School is seeding an AMI trained Primary Guide beginning January 2021. 


    The ideal candidate is a lifelong learner who is joyful, warm and professional in their daily interactions with children, families and colleagues. Confidence, professionalism, a nurturing demeanor and a sense of humor are important characteristics. A strong respect for and love of children centered in an understanding of the Montessori philosophy are essential. We look for a long-term commitment to Hollister Montessori School.

  • Substitute Teacher

    We are looking for reliable, experienced people who are interested in the flexible schedule of substitute teaching. Applicants must be willing and able to work with a variety of age groups, and be open to learning basic Montessori principles and positive discipline, and be able to take direction and work well with others.  A minimum of 6 ECE units is necessary.
